At Smart Shop Finds, we specialize in offering high-quality digital products. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns or Refunds

All digital products sold on our store are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once your purchase is completed and the product is delivered via download, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Product Access Issues

If you experience any technical issues accessing or downloading your product, please contact us immediately at info@smartshopfinds.ca. We’re happy to assist with troubleshooting and ensuring you receive what you paid for.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• The digital product was not delivered.

• The file is corrupted or unusable, and a working version cannot be provided.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and issue description.
